Refund Policy

Free trial

You are not charged during the 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial from the billing portal with no charge and no refund needed.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Example: if you are billed on the 1st and cancel on the 10th, you retain full access until the end of the month with no refund issued for the remaining days.

Exceptions — when we do issue refunds

  • Accidental duplicate charge: if you are charged twice for the same period, we will refund the duplicate in full.
  • Service outage: if LabFlow was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing period due to our fault, we will issue a prorated credit or refund for the affected period upon request.
  • EU consumer rights: if you are an individual (not a business) and you have not used the service after subscribing, you may be entitled to a 14-day withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Contact us within 14 days of your first charge to exercise this right.

How to request a refund

Email idriss@nextlabs.fr with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
